Shirodhara drops you deep into an altered state, where your mind can relax and reorganise itself. Shirodhara is a great treatment for a compromised nervous system. It can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue, and hypertension. It relieves tension, worry, fear, and headache as well as depression. ***Before booking a Shirodhara please arrange the rest of the day off as this is a deeply sedating therapy. We also recommend eating lightly before and after the session.
