About The Event
Immerse yourself in the vibrations of an extended sound bath at the Winter Solstice. 3 continuous hours of sounds and vibrations from planetary-tuned gongs, bronze and crystal singing bowls, vocals, flutes and soundscape instruments.
With the gentle energies of December's New Moon this is a wonderful opportunity to seed new intentions and embrace new ideas, plans, and the changes you wish to invite into your life, letting the sounds and vibrations of the instruments cleanse what no longer serve you.
The session usually begins with sounds of singing bowls or a variety of instruments, and then the gongs are gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a growing myriad of harmonics. These then gently fade to a variety of more grounding sounds towards the end, when complete silence pervades allowing you to be in this profound and powerful stillness for a short time.
