Combo Massage with Cranial Releases and Facial Shiatsu - combo massage is a combination of different hands on techniques performed in an intuitive manner. These techniques may involve soft or deep massage, broad general strokes with hands or forearms or specific strokes with thumbs or even knuckles, shiatsu style pressure or using tuning forks, energy work or manual lymphatic drainage. Along with cranial releases and facial shiatsu, a therapeutic procedure that uses concepts of craniosacral therapy can allow the power of body-mind connection to facilitate change and produce a release. The treatment take its own flow and rhythm and can bring deep relaxation and healing on many levels.

Deep tissue massage - a specific type of massage with firm and deep pressure, using slow strokes or friction across the muscle fibres to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The pressure of this massage is generally more intense.
*Kindly note that as the tempo of this massage is very slow, the 1h version does not include the whole body.

Ayurvedic Shirodhara with Combo Massage - Shirodhara is the queen of ayurvedic oil therapies. Warm oil is continuously poured over your "Third-Eye", or Ajna Chakra and forehead in a rhythmic manner enhancing circulation in the brain. Shirodhara drops you deep into an altered state, where your mind can relax and reorganise itself. Shirodhara is a great treatment for a compromised nervous system. It can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue, and hypertension. It relieves tension, worry, fear, and headache as well as depression. This treatment is accompanied by combo massage, to relax and prepare the body and mind for the dripping of warm oil on the forehead.

Relaxation Massage - the relaxation massage is a type of massage with smooth gliding strokes to help you relax, at a slower pace and lighter pressure. Gentle massage stimulates sensory nerve endings in the skin, which transmit messages through the nervous system and cause the brain to release endorphin, the body's natural painkillers, feel-good chemicals that create a sense of well-being. Relaxation massage also increases blood circulation and stimulates the body's lymphatic system, which carries away waste products.

Massage with bamboo sticks - a unique massage technique that uses heated bamboo sticks of different sizes to relax tight muscles, release stress and tension and improve range of motion. Foot reflexology - massage of specific reflex areas in the foot that correspond to other parts of the body. It involves the application of pressure and massage to these reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion, helping the body to get rid of toxins and encourage it to restore itself. This natural approach to healing is based on the theory that every organ, area, and system of the body is connected through nerve pathways and electromagnetic channels (meridians) to a reflex point in the feet. Therefore massaging these points can facilitate a clearing of any blockages in the corresponding areas of the body. It balances the circulatory, excretory, digestive, endocrine, nervous and immune systems making the body less prone to infection.
