SOUND THERAPY
Sound Therapy with Gongs and Singing Bowls - individual session with up to eight resonant gongs, crystal singing bowls and other instruments to improve emotional and physical well-being. The soothing sounds of gongs and singing bowls are very powerful for relieving stress, for relaxation, and fatigue, along with many other conditions in our busy lives, which can often lead to the lack of balance and harmony in the body. The vibrations eliminate tension, stimulate the glandular and circulatory systems, and regenerate the nervous system. During the session different planetary tuned gongs are used together with symphonic gongs and their harmonic and universal sound structure. The session begins with a short guided meditation to settle in, then the sounds of the instruments are gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a growing myriad of harmonics. Throughout the session there will be periods of other instruments and sounds, but the main focus is on the gongs and singing bowls.

Sound Therapy with Crystal Singing Bowls - individual session with singing bowls made out of pure crystal quartz and crystal harp. The pure and relaxing sounds send the mind and body to realms of deep restoration and re-balance and harmonise the bodies chakra system.

Polarity Treatment with Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gongs - individual session to balance and stabilise the body's magnetic field which exists between the two polarities or extremes of the body. Tibetan singing bowls are placed at the feet, head and on the body and played in a specific order. After the singing bowls routine, the sounds of one or more planetary tuned gongs are brought fourth for the remaining time, ending the session with the Earth gong for grounding.
