In our studio, based in The Hague, we offer private sound therapy or sound bath with planetary-tuned gongs and singing bowls. Additionally, you can have a session with the bronze and crystal singing bowls only.

We use different planetary-tuned gongs, and singing bowls made out of bronze (an alloy of copper and tin) or pure crystal quartz. Each instrument has a different sound and vibration and resonates in different parts of the body and the combination of two or more can create harmony or dissonance to evoke different feelings.
 
The sound bath can help to release tensions and blockages, bring inner peace and a sense of connection with oneself, along with other conditions that can lead to a lack of balance and harmony in the body. The vibrations stimulate the glandular and circulatory systems, and regenerate the nervous system.
