4 Hours Sound Immersion

About:

For this extra long session you will lie down, fully clothed on a thick comfortable mat, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over you. You will be immersed for 4 continuosuly hours in the relaxing and soothing crystaline sounds of crystal singing bowls and the myriad of harmonics from resonant gongs, with periods of other overtone instruments or the singing voice. Sound is a powerful tool to release stress, tensions and blocks from the physical, energetic and emotional bodies, and to elevate one into a state of self-awareness and gratitude.  

Good to know:

Please bring your favourite blanket and pillow! Thick and comfortable mats are available in the studio.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Doors open at 18:15, please arrive before 18:45 so that you have enough time to settle in genlty.
