About:
An extra long session where you will lie down, fully clothed on a thick comfortable mattress, immersed for 4 continuously hours in the relaxing and soothing crystaline sounds from crystal singing bowls and the myriad of harmonics from resonant gongs, with interludes of other overtone instruments or the singing voice.
Using sound as a powerful tool to release stress, tensions and blocks from the physical, energetic and emotional bodies, to activate higher states of consciousness, readjust the body to natural rhythms and promote deep relaxation and gratitude. The brain get in sync with the myriad of harmonics created by gongs, singing bowls and other overtone instruments shifting the brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states, associated with inner stillness and where deep healing can occur.
Good to know:
Thick comfortable mattresses and plaids are available in the studio.
