4 Hours Sound Immersion

About:

An extra long session where you will lie down, fully clothed on a thick comfortable mattress, immersed for 4 continuously hours in the relaxing and soothing crystaline sounds from crystal singing bowls and the myriad of harmonics from resonant gongs, with interludes of singing voice and other overtone instruments. With the energies of August Full Moon at high peaks this is a favourable occasion to re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up to greater opportunities.

Sound is a powerful tool to release stress, tensions and blocks from the physical, energetic and emotional bodies, to activate higher states of consciousness, readjust the body to natural rhythms and promote deep relaxation and gratitude. The brain get in sync with the myriad of harmonics created by gongs, singing bowls and other overtone instruments shifting the brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states, associated with inner stillness and where deep healing can occur.

Thick comfortable mattresses are available in the studio.

Please bring a pillow and blanket.
