All-night Gong Puja at the Summer Solstice

*** For this session you have to bring your own bedding: mattress (ideally camping pad, topper, foam or inflatable mattress), blanket or sleeping bag and pillow for a good and comfortable sleep. There is an option to rent a mattress. 

The Gong Puja is an opportune occasion to sleep or meditate in silence throughout the night bathed in the healing sound vibrations of the gongs. By receiving seven and a half hours of gong sounds you will enter into a state of deep rest and expansion of your consciousness. Tensions and blockages in the body can be released, creating more space for the opening of the heart and allowing energy to flow better.

A night to surrender to the guidance of your soul, to dive deep into self healing meditation and lucid dreaming state. Sleeping in the energy of the Gong Puja space will most likely be dominated by Theta brainwaves, as the gong sounds may bring up visions and induce healing from our subconscious reality. Some sensitive participants may have a very colourful and adventure-filled sleep, while someone over-tired may go into deep dreamless sleep for most of the night. Your body will take from the experience whatever it needs, so trust in the process and allow the vibrations to do their work.

‪The deep complex overtones of multiple gongs resonate continuously throughout the night, melting away boundaries between being awake and asleep. Attending a Gong Puja is a unique and liberating experience and its effects can be felt for a number of days afterwards.

The Puja will be held in the Sufi Temple, an oasis of stillness in the dunes of Katwijk aan Zee. A special place for meditation with excellent acoustics.

Breakdown of the evening (these are approximate timings that may run over):

19:30-20:30 - arrival 

20:30-22:00 - introduction and chakra balance flute concert 

22:00-5:30 - gong sounds

5:30-6:00 - silence 

6:00-8:00 - breakfast

Energy exchange:

€100,- per single ticket 

€180,- for couple ticket

€15,- rent a mattress 

By public transport, the venue is easily accesible from Leiden central train station with bus 431 up to the last stop Boulevard Katwijk aan Zee. From there you have to walk around 5 minutes. By car you can find plenty of parking spaces in the nearby, kindly note that until 21:00 there is paid parking.

Ticket policy:

Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand the ticket policy. 

A cancellation of purchased tickets up to two weeks prior to the event, incurs a 5% administration fee of the ticket cost which is non-refundable.

Any cancellation within two weeks, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket fee with credit which you can use on our services or future events.

No-shows and same day cancellations of tickets are not refunded.
