All-night Gong Puja at the Summer Solstice

We're excited to invite you to our All-night Gong Puja in celebration of the Summer Solstice. This beautiful ceremony offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the healing sounds and vibrations of multiple gongs, played continuously in a meditative way for seven and a half hours or the equivalent of 450 minutes. A night to surrender to the guidance of your soul and dive deep into self-healing meditation and lucid dreaming.

The Gong Puja originated by gong master Don Conreaux and kundalini yoga founder Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan believed that the gong was the most powerful tool for healing, and that 45 minutes gong bath would clear any immediate blocks. He stated that 10 consecutive gong baths (hence 450 minutes) would clear most blocks so that the soul could then heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering.
