Crystal Sound Activation

The Crystal Sound Activation is a transformational and healing experience with the intent for profound change. It activates channels of Light in the Body-Mind circuitry, clearing blocks and allowing alignment with your Soul's Purpose. It awakens the Spirit to conscious Awareness, facilitating connection with your True Self and your Higher Self intentions for Life, so bringing inner peace. Crystal Sound Activation prepares You for the shifts in Cosmic Frequencies we are now experiencing.

Clearing on physical, emotional and spiritual levels occurs, openning chakras, removing blockages and disturbing energies, re-aligning energy flow in the body.

During the Crystal Sound Activation, you relax, fully clothed on a comfortable mattress on the floor as the sound gently washes over you. The session begins with a short guided meditation, then the sounds of crystal singing bowls and the crystal harp are gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a multitude of harmonics. There will be periods of other instruments but the main focus is on the crystal instruments. These then gently fade to a variety of more grounding sounds towards the end, when complete silence pervades allowing recipients to be in this profound, powerful stillness for a short time.  

Good to know:

We provide matresses, blankets and pillows.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes as you will lie down for 90 minutes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
