Full Moon Gong Bath with Iulian (1)

About:

The Full Moon day is an favourable occasion to align with the cycles of the Moon and actively tuning into its energies can re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up greater opportunities.

Iulian will focus on the powerful Water and Sedna gongs, the Full Moon Himalayan singing bowls with interludes of other instruments related with the element of water.

Using sound as a powerful tool to activate higher states of counsciousnes, readjust the body to natural rhythms, release stress, tensions and blockages from the physical, energetic and emotional body and bring inner stillness where deep healing can occur.

For this session you relax, fully clothed, lying down on a comfortable mat, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind away.

Good to know:

We provide thick mats, blankets, pillows and bolsters.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
