About The Event
*This is a lying-down sound bath. You have to bring your own mattress (ideally camping pad, foam, topper or inflatable mattress), blanket or sleeping bag, pillow and any other accessories to lie down as comfortably as possible on the church floor.
Harmonize your relationship with all things and take in the fresh energy. The Full Moon is said to heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as pulling subconscious ones to the surface. It is an favourable occasion to align with the cycles of the Moon and actively tuning into its energies can re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up greater opportunities.
