Full Moon Sound Bath with Iulian

About: 

The focus of this session will be on the Water element. Deep, steady and raw sounds can take you, just like the waters around us, from a tranquil lagoon to a raging ocean. With the energies of this Full Moon at high peaks this is a favourable occasion to re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up to greater opportunities. 

Using sound as a powerful tool to re-tune our bodies to higher vibrational frequencies and natural rhythms. The brain get in sync with the myriad of harmonics created by gongs, singing bowls and other overtone instruments shifting the brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states, associated with inner stillness and where deep healing can occur.

During the sound bath, you relax, fully clothed on a comfortable mattress on the floor, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over you. The session begins with sounds of singing bowls or a variety of instruments, and then the gongs are gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a multitude of harmonics. Throughout the session there will be periods of other instruments and sounds, but the main focus is on the gongs. These then gently fade to a variety of more grounding sounds towards the end, when complete silence pervades allowing recipients to be in this profound, powerful stillness for a short time. 

Good to know:

We provide mattresses, cosy blankets and pillows.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
