Gong Bath with Iulian

About:

When played with sensitivity the sounds of gongs and singing bowls are very powerful for relieving stress, for relaxation, and fatigue, along with many other conditions in our busy lives, which can often lead to the lack of balance and harmony in the body.

During the gong bath, you relax, fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over you. The session usually begins with sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls and then the gong is gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a multitude of harmonics. There will be periods of other instruments and sounds but the main focus is on the gongs and singing bowls.

Good to know:

We provide thick mats, blankets, pillows and bolsters.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
