Gong Bath with Iulian

Immersed in the sound waves of the gongs and singing bowls you may experience a deep state of relaxation and as these vibrations literally wash over you they give space and opportunity to release tensions and blocks. The harmony created by the tones brings about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur.

In each session in our studio we focus on using more the pure and grounding energy of crystal singing bowls along with many different gongs. All you have to do is lie down, cover yourself to stay warm and surrender to the magical power of sound.

There is a maximum of six participants.

Good to know:

We provide thick mats, blankets, pillows and bolsters.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in quietly!
