About The Event

The sounds of the gongs and singing bowls when played with sensitivity are very powerful for relieving stress, for relaxation, and fatigue, along with many other conditions in our busy lives, which can often lead to the lack of balance and harmony in the body.

In each session in our studio we focus on using more the pure and grounding energy of crystal singing bowls along with many different gongs. All you have to do is lie down, cover yourself to stay warm and surrender to the magical power of sound. There is a maximum of six participants.

The session is about one hour and a half, but as you relax the sense of time disappears, the mind chatter quickly decreases, and there can be a feeling of greater mental clarity with often flashes of inspiration, and state of deep meditation.

Every Gongbath is a personal experience depending on where you are on your journey through life, and the sounds produced are entirely right for that present moment.
