Gongbath with Iulian

A sound relaxation experience with beautiful highly resonant gongs and crystal quartz singing bowls.

All you have to do is relax, fully clothed, lying on a comfortable mat on the floor, letting the sound bathe the body, and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over them.

Sound is very powerful for reliving stress and fatigue, along with other conditions which can lead to lack of balance and harmony in the body.

Rebalance and tone the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Good to know:

Wear comfortable clothes as you will lie down for 90 minutes.

We provide thick mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows.

Please take care that you arrive in time, the studio will open with 30 minutes before. Latecomers will not be allowed in.
