Mercury retrograde - Gong Bath with Nicoleta - afternoon session

Mercury retrograde February 2020 has an especially challenging influence on communications because it is square the Moon. An inner conflict between your thoughts and feelings may lead to anxiety, indecision and moodiness. Whilst it can be hard to thank the Universe for creating a pause in our lives and whilst for some this will be an emotional and intense time, on the other side of this retrograde awaits true empowerment. Consider the phoenix rising from the ashes!

Once Mercury turns direct, on March 9th, we will see the positive and long lasting impact of this deeply healing retrograde.

Join me to use the power of the sacred sound to transform and release that which no longer serves you and deepen your connection to your authentic and most expansive self!

The highlight of the session is Mercury planet gong which activates a state of mental acuity and clarity, reaching deep into the confines of our nervous system to sharpen and brighten our senses.  

During the gong bath, you relax, fully clothed on a comfortable mattress on the floor, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind, as the sound gently washes over you. The session begins with sounds of singing bowls or a variety of instruments, and then the gong is gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a multitude of harmonics. Throughout the session there will be periods of other instruments and sounds, but the main focus is on the gongs. These then gently fade to a variety of more grounding sounds towards the end, when complete silence pervades allowing recipients to be in this profound, powerful stillness for a short time. 

Good to know:

We provide mattresses, blankets and pillows.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
