New Moon All-night Gong Puja

About:

Gong puja is a sound bath where several gongs are played continuously for 7,5 hours during the night, while the listener is invited to sleep or meditate in the healing sound vibrations of the gongs.

Together with our dear friend Irina Stoica we'll take You on a meditative sound journey during July's New Moon, an opportune occasion to align with the cycles of the Moon and actively tuning into its energies can re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up greater opportunities. We use the sounds of 10 powerful gongs to re-tune our bodies to higher vibrational frequencies and natural rhythms.

Being immersed in these soothing vibrations, your body can take the time to release any tensions, resulting in a feeling of total relaxation and rejuvenation. Your body will take from the experience whatever it needs, so trust in the process and allow the sounds to do their work.

We meditate, or sleep, possibly a sleep like no other, possibly asleep as though awake in a dream!

You are welcome to arrive between 21:00-22:00 on July 9th to set up your place. Bring your own pillow, blanket and something to cover the mattras (available in the studio). The puja will start at 22:30 until 6:00 the next day, followed by one hour of silence. At 7:00 we'll serve a light breakfast.

Advance booking is essential, there are no tickets at the door.
