New Moon Sound Bath with Iulian

About:

This week we will gently introduce our new Sun and Earth gongs, working on and activating the root and solar plexus chakras. Bringing harmony with the movements and cycles of our mother Earth and strengthening the sense of purpose and self will.

Starting from Wednesday, with a New Moon cycle, an favourable occasion to align with the cycles of the Moon and create a landscape into which intentions may be seeded and take fruit. Using the Water gong to nourish our intentions together with Jupiter gong to provide superb opportunities for expansion and success stimulating the crown chakra.

Throughout the session there will be periods of other instruments and sounds, like crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, monochord and voice but the main focus is on the gongs.

Sound is a powerful tool to re-tune our bodies to higher vibrational frequencies and natural rhythms. The brain get in sync with the myriad of harmonics created by gongs, singing bowls and other overtone instruments shifting the brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states, associated with inner stillness and where deep healing can occur. As the brain moves in alpha and/or theta states, the sounds will trigger a sympathetic nervous system response that lowers blood pressure, slows the heart rate, relieve stress and promote deep relaxation.

Good to know:

We provide matresses, cosy blankets and pillows.

Wear comfortable clothes as you will lie down for about 90 minutes.

Please arrive with at least 15 minutes before starting time, so you can settle in gently!
