Join us both Friday 7 February at 7 PM for a sound bath with resonant gongs, singing bowls, voice and many others instruments at iMoves yoga studio. An opportune occasion to deeply relax immersed in the sound waves of the instruments.

Immersed in the sound waves of the gongs and singing bowls you may experience a deep state of relaxation and as these vibrations literally wash over you they give space and opportunity to release tensions and blocks. The harmony created by the tones brings about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur.
The sound bath is about one hour and a half, but as you relax the sense of time disappears, the mind chatter quickly decreases, and there can be a feeling of greater mental clarity with often flashes of inspiration, and deep meditation state.
The session begins with the sounds of singing bowls or a variety of instruments, and then the gong is gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a growing myriad of harmonics.
