Sound bath in Mijlstraatkerk, Duffel

Join us on Friday, March 6th 2026, for a sound bath journey at the Mijlstraatkerk located in Duffel, Antwerp province. You are invited to lie down on your own comfortable mattress and let the sounds of multiple gongs, bronze and crystal singing bowls, vocals, flutes and other instruments wash over you. The session usually begins with sounds of singing bowls or a variety of instruments, and then the gongs are gently invited to start sounding, gradually building the sound with a growing myriad of harmonics. These then gently fade to a variety of more grounding sounds towards the end, when complete silence pervades allowing you to be in this profound and powerful stillness for a short time.
