Sound Bath in Paleiskerk, Den Haag

***This is a lying-down sound bath. You have to bring your own mattress (ideally camping pad, foam, topper or inflatable mattress), blanket or sleeping bag, pillow and any other accessories to lie down as comfortably as possible on the church floor. The church is heated at a comfortable temperature.

During the sound bath you are deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and restore the balance. It is a holistic approach to healing, a journey of self-discovery through a state of deep meditation. The powerful sounds of gongs and singing bowls facilitate a shift in brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states that are akin to meditation and where true somatic healing occur.

Join us for a healing sound bath in this beautiful church in the centre of Den Haag to let go of old stagnant energies and thought patterns, letting the sounds and vibrations of the instruments cleanse what no longer serve you.

Ticket policy:

The ticket is not refundable with two weeks before the event.

In case of refund the payment fee is not refunded (€0,29 for iDeal payments or more for credit cards).

Less then two weeks and on request your ticket can be postponed once to a future session.
