Deep, steady and raw sounds can take you, just like the waters around us, from a tranquil lagoon to a raging ocean. With the energies of the first Full Moon of the year still at high peaks this is a favourable occasion to re-organise the personal energy flow, shed light on habitual patterns and open up to greater opportunities. Sound is a powerful tool to activate higher states of counsciousnes, readjust the body to natural rhythms, release stress, tensions and blockages from the physical, energetic and emotional body and bring inner stillness where deep healing can occur.
For this session you relax, fully clothed, lying down on a comfortable mattress, allowing the sound bathe your body and carry the mind away.

We provide thick mattresses, blankets and pillows.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes.
