Three-hour Sound Immersion at the Summer Solstice

Immerse yourself in the vibrations of an extended sound bath in celebration of the Summer Solstice.

A three-hour sonic journey in which planetary gongs, bronze and crystal singing bowls, voice, flutes and other instruments come together to create a rich field of sound. The vibrations resonate through the body, helping to release tension and blockages and inviting life energy to flow freely once again.

You lie comfortably on your mat on the floor while the sounds gently envelop your body. The sound washes over you like waves, inviting you to let go. The session begins with the tones of singing bowls or other instruments. From there, the gongs are gently welcomed to let their voices be heard, as the sound slowly unfolds into a rich and deep field of vibrations and harmonics.
